Changes to VideoLib =================== Version 1.2B 2001-11-15 Fixed a bug that would sporadically place newly created tapes in the Unfiled category regardless of what category you actually selected. Version 1.2A 2001-08-30 VideoLib would crash if started with an old database, unless the separate database upgrade utility was executed first (doh!). Version 1.2 2001-08-28 Added Extended Play (EP) support, i.e. tape speed is one third of the normal speed. Added a preferences dialog for configuring applicable tape speeds as well as visual marking of different speeds. Added configurable columns in tape view (so you can e.g. see the recording date). Added recording speed column (optional) to tape view and list of programmes view. Tape creation dialog now allows entering tape lengths in SP, LP or EP speeds, and values default from the last created tape. Programmes can be placed in categories (different from tape categories), given ratings (1-5), and have attached notes. The list of programmes can be filtered by both tape category and programme category. Improved support for multi-byte character sets (feedback needed!) Bug fixes: - tape view would mess up the empty spaces when moving a programme so the order changed - using the global find function would show an empty tape if VideoLib was last left in the list of programmes view Version 1.1A 2001-06-19 Fixed silly last-minute-bug that crashed the program if switching to Tape View with no tapes in the database. Version 1.1 2001-06-17 Added new view showing all programmes as a single list, with easy switching between list of tapes, tape contents and list of programmes. Find function shows both date and length of found programmes. A lot of user interface tweaks, e.g. more consistent use of underlined lengths to denote LP mode, header of current sort column is underlined, etc. Optimized many parts of the program, so it should be a lot faster, especially when handling large amounts of data. Compatibility fixes for PalmOS 3.5 and 4.0 (there is an especially tricky bug in PalmOS 3.5 and higher, that caused instability in the program and had to be worked around quite a bit - this delayed the 1.1 release very much). Version 1.0 2001-02-26 First public release.
